Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
1.You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the goods from the date they were received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT . There are no exceptions , Return shipping cost to be shared by the seller and buyer
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number , specific reason for the return and your order number
3. We will refund your full amount upon receipt of the goods in its original condition and packaging with all the components and accessories included or you may choose to have the goods replaced
4. We do not refund if you simply change your mind or the size of helmet does not fit. Please take your time and measure you head correctly before purchasing any helmet product on our site. Refer to the helmet size chart in the product description to ensure the correct size selection.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time ( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Torque Motorcycle Helmets.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of YOURDOMAIN.COM
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Us page or to info@YOURDOMAIN.COM
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
